The world famous Crookrise Pointers was established in 1933 in West Yorkshire by Walter and Kitty Edmondson. Since then, the kennels has produced:

Worldwide, over 50 champions

Crookrise is now run in partnership by Walter and Kitty's daughter, Cicely Robertshaw, of Sedbergh, Cumbria, and their granddaughter, Helga Edmondson, of Cowling in West Yorkshire.

Our aim is to produce dogs which can win in the showring and give a good account in the field.
